With the Atlanta Falcons signing Roddy White to a 4yr 30 mil contract extension. I go to the net and see how football fans feel about the signing. Also, I interviewed a very intelligent well rounded sports fan MP Crangle of @A_Fans Opinion_ first take a look at the Sports World reaction to the deal.

Most people won't understand this move. As an organization you have to make these types of deals. Not only for players in the roster.. but for possible free agents. Moves such as this one, sits well with players around the league.They know if they play well, they will be conpensated for it. Plus, Roddy White is a great player has been for years. Pay the man for being the man. Show your legends love. GREAT DEAL

Despite being 32 years old I don't think it was a bad deal for Atl. He's no longer the number one with Julio there and has lost speed
However with age WRs tend to improve route running and maintain reliable hands.
And although he's coming off his worst season in years it wasn't horrible. And with him coming back healthy and Jones back, White should be
Able to do some serious damage as the number 2. Just look at Andre Johnson, despite his age. It's a good call to keep another reliable face
For Ryan with Tonyretired. So all in all I like the extension despite initially seeming a tad pricy.
